Comanche 250 no sound and tablet not working
I bought it through the msfs marketplace, there is no sound and the tablet is inactive, it also does not appear in the community folder. I hope you can help me

Re: Comanche 250 no sound and tablet not working
Hello,
Just to clarify a bit, all products purchased via the in-game marketplace are installed in the 'Official' folder rather than the 'Community' one.
Apologies for the rather late response, but If the problem you mention hasn't resolved itself, I'd recommend that you start by making sure that any GPS add-ons you have installed are up to date.
If this doesn't help, please can you temporarily move all add-ons out of the 'Community' folder, and check if the issue remains.
Thanks,
Nick

Hi Nick! Unfortunately, the problem still persists even after doing what you suggested. The plane has no sound at all, and the tablet still doesn't work. What do you mean by GPS? Do you mean the Garmins?

Re: Comanche 250 no sound and tablet not working
Hi inacioIP,
Hmm, that's a little odd. Yes, by GPS I mean any third-party Garmin add-ons you may have installed to your community folder, and specifically the PMS GTN 750 or TDS GTN 750Xi.
Do you have either of these installed, or any other packages in your Community folder at present?
One suggestion is to uninstall and reinstall the Comanche via the MSFS content manager if you haven't tried this already.
If this doesn't help, please can you also try deleting the folder which stores the persistent status and some cached files for of the Comanche. Its location will depend on whether you have the MS Store or the Steam version of MSFS installed. You can find the folder path in the pinned FAQ, under item 7-E.
Thanks,
Nick
