I am using FS 2024 and I would like to know if A2A guarantees the operation (without bugs) of the Comanche 250 on FS 2024.
In fact I would like to know if I have to wait for its release on the marketplace or not to have a product without bugs.

I don't know if ANY developer guarantees ANY bug free product. So I'll hazard a guess at NO.
If you're asking if the Comanche works in 2024 I'll say a definite YES.
