Transfer of license to new pc

I purchased many years ago Accu Feel 2 for my FSX. Now I upgraded my sim and running P3Dv5. Do I have to buy again the license or can I transfer my purchase to my new PC and how do I achieve this result.

you'll need to purchase the P3D version of Accu-feel for the P3D platform.
