Aileron Roll Rate

I am about to start on designing / building a motion system for my simulator. For pitch I am considering 15 degrees down and 15 degrees up. The same for aileron roll. Does anyone know what the roll rate is for the Piper Cherokee 180?

It takes 5 seconds to roll through 360 degrees, i.e: 72 degrees/second.
