Hello everyone,

The work has been carried out, everything has been updated and is back online and running well. Because everything is cached for quicker loading times it may take a few hours/days for everything to be correctly cached as it propagates out.

Some users may have to clear their browser cache and cookies to log in correctly without getting logged out between browsing the forum pages.

When I am trying to login to my account it says "Wrong account or password". After trying several times I am now blocked out.
What do I do to get into my account.

very interesting situation, in chrome i was signed in all the time, looks like there all worked good, i just open chrome and i'm in. in the maxthon 7 even after clear cookies and all history date i have same problem...
can not set reset password, can not log in... can not say i really need this browser. just a habit:)
can you confirm this browser is in trouble for logging in to a2a?
p.s. this browser is odd btw, after clear data i had to resign in in google account, but still online in other sites... i really don't want to delete everything from user data, there so many things... anybody use maxthon 7?
p.p.s. once i told to my parents they are @#$%@# crazy, then my father said - that's why you far from perfect/// end of quote hahaha... i deleted only hour's data... now after del all data i'm in:)

Given you have posted I guess this is for the store in which case can you please PM me here on the forums with your store email as it sounds like you may have entered the wrong details too many times and need confirmation of your account details.

There is a problem. Since time immemorial the forum accepted the 'Remember Me' check box. Since the 'maintenance' it intermittently forgets. and demands I login. The strange thing is that top right position shows Ron Attwood as logged on. After several login performances I discovered that the solution was to give up, close the forum and start again.
There's an i that hasn't been dotted or a T not crossed somewhere.

Login thing has raised it's head again. Three times out of the last five logins. It is not saving the 'Remember Me' check box. Need maintenance on the maintenance work.

Hey Ron,

2 things to try;

1. Browser; Try clearing your browser cookies and cache.

2. At the bottom right of the forums you can click delete cookies

I've already done the browser thing. I never know about the clear cookies though. Sounds promising. Has a logical ring to it.
