best to start a new topic Ian as this thread ended up being a AMD GPU issue from the looks of it.

Where as your panels.dll issue is the exact issue I myself have experienced with v5.

cheers,
Lewis

HI All, i to can confirm that P3Dv5 crashes as soon as i load my A2A C172 . i am using the updated version specifically for v5 .As soon as the scenario loads and i click anywhere on the image , P3DV% becomes faded and unresponsive and a couple of seconds later i will the message "P3DV5 HAS STOPPED WORKING AND NEEDS TO CLOSE " . Quite frustrating to say the least . I works perfectly in P3DV4....i have checked all the related graphic settings on my 1080ti , which are all set as per Lockheed Martins instruction. Can anybody enlighten me as to what to try here . I m not aware of any event logger to see EXACTLY whats causing the issue .
TIA
regards Des (nespie)

Hello,

please can you create a tech support post in the C172 tech support forum so we can help get you up and running. The C172 is now running over so long as you are all updated but best to troubleshoot your particular issue in its own support thread.

thanks,
Lewis
