happy to help. But before we go a refund route maybe you can let us know about any issues you are encountering. I can see this is your first post here, maybe the issues you encounter are simple ones we have come across many times and we and community can help get you up and flying.

99% of issues people have are easily fixed with simple updates or settings changes. All you have to do is ask for help.
