Glad you like the movable lights in the T-6. One also features in the Comanche too.

thanks,

On the subject, what difference does it make when you turn P3D's dynamic lights on and off, in relation to this effect? Because I just tried it with dynamic lights enabled, it worked and my GPU was hitting 100% when using it (thanks to 4xSSAA). Then I disabled dynamic lights, expecting this feature to stop working but it worked fine and the GPU was sitting at 60-80% instead?

Is the effect unrelated to "Dynamic Lights" or can you 'override' the user setting via the SDK?

The dynamic lights are part of the core P3D platform. You will want to ask Lockheed about them, I'm sure over time they will be changed slightly but I do see a lot of users forgotting that v4 brings a lot of new things that will make it more resource hungry than v3 and require more hardware as it uses more and more dx11 goodies.
