I'll do my best to rank them.

1. FSX
2. Civ V
3. Stardew Valley
4. Farming Simulator 17
5. The Long Dark
6. Red Dead Redemption
7. Democracy 3
Basically behind FSX they are in no particular order. I also have a couple good apps on my phone for IFE. Pocket Planes, Poker Party, Cribbage and Peggle.

I've started to play Hearts of Iron 4, already done 100+ hours.

I generally do not like strategy games, especially war related, and only Grand Strategy i've played has been Civilizations, which are nice but i get bored pretty quickly. Hoi4 on the another hand is a great great game, It's a real time strategy while it is slow but it works so well, i prefer it to turn-based games.

You can play any independed country from -36 or -39, my favourites are German Reich, USSR and Finland (half the reason i live there but also due to interesting geographic position). I conquered almost entire South America with Fascist Argentina. I turned soviets to democrats. etc. Great game to alter WW2 history.

I may have to give in and try that out Nick, it keeps popping up on my YouTube suggestions, Steam etc!

Is there a Campaign of sorts though?

I'm still fully immersed into Silent Hunter 5 with the Wolves of Steel mod at the moment, I've being silent running for months now, and still only in 1941...just got to the Med after breaking through Gibraltar! 8)

Spending a lot of time on The Golf Club 2 as well, competing in the TGC Tours, slowly making my way up to the PGA Tour.

I guess I am the odd man out lately. I took a break from flying while waiting for REX to finish Skyforce so I finally have real time weather in Prepar3d. I am the odd man out it seems though as I have been mostly gaming on Xbox One. My poison of choice has been GTA V Online since I finally figured out how to grind out money, Forza Motosport 7, South Park: The Fractured But Whole, and lastly Cuphead. Surprisingly for being from an independent developer Cuphead is pretty awesome. Hope everyone is having a happy Thanksgiving while I popped in! Looking forward to what lies ahead. 8)

My keepers (other than P3D):
  • • Command: Modern Naval / Air Operations (CMANO)
    • DCS
    • WinSPMBT
Other than that, I play occasionally (typically once through or something) good adventure and strategy games and some FPS games. Actually I've got a backlog of games I've purchased from some sale typically, waiting me to get my hands on them.

No campaign as such in MudRunner John - basically, it's just a case of completing maps by delivering lumber. Sounds boring? Well, kinda, but I just find the physics simulation really appealing and it's a relaxing game that's easy to drop into for short stints or longer sessions as preferred. There are also some 'challenges' you can complete which act as sort of training missions.

I love it, even though the content isn't that much changed from the original Spintires. :)

I tend to rotate between P3D, Medieval Engineers and TrainSimWorld. Medieval Engineers is still beta, but with the new release is a load more fun and interesting now.

Ooo, Medieval Engineers is on sale at the moment.
Not heard of that before, giving it a look, thanks mglan80.

Apart from FSX, I've been playing TSW, FSW and SH4 recently.

edit: btw, I see the term "sandbox game" used a lot. Medieval Engineers uses it and I recently looked into U Boot, a submarine simulator that also uses it.
Presumably, most flight simulators could use the term as well because you can do what you want?
