Hi all,
I lost the overview... I am not sure if there is a solution for my problem yet:
I use the saitek cessna rudder pedals, which are configured not by FSX but by FSUIPC (they are just activated, nothing more done with it).
For me it is impossible to make any turn with my rudder pedals, regardless of the speed I am taxiing.
The only way to turn the aircraft is to slightly use the toe brakes.
No chance at all with rudder only.
I need help in this please
Daniel

Re: rudder problems while taxiing (Saitek pedals)
Daniel,
The turning circle in the 172 is pretty wide unless you use a bit of braking. Are you getting any turn without brakes? Almost all taxiing in the 172 is done using both, however, the pedals are very nice in the 172 in that the braking is almost subconscious.
So, to turn in fsx you want to use rudder and a "little" braking. The question is, can your controllers give a little or just a lot.
Do you know how to monitor these values using your brakes?
(A:BRAKE LEFT POSITION,number)
(A:BRAKE RIGHT POSITION,number)
Scott.

Probably inherited an FSX setting from a previous saved flight.CottonEyeJoe wrote:Hi all,

Re: rudder problems while taxiing (Saitek pedals)
I have solved the issue: within the fsx settings the pedals were still active, so there was a conflict between fsx and FSUIPC ...
