Scott, I am having the same problem; the site tells me there is no mirror site available for my area and does not give me any other link to download the paintkit. Can you help?

Hey Scott yes the download works for the accu-sim version of the paint kit package.
However I have noticed that the paint kit package download for the non accu-sim version looks to be the very same accu-sim one by mistake. Both are the same download paint kits.

Okay guys; I admit it, I'm not so bright sometimes. I've got Adobe Photo Elements 9 and I downloaded the paint kit but for the life of me, I can't figure out how to put 2 and 2 together; I keep coming up short. Any advice on how to repaint would be greatly appreciated.
