Hi all.
Not sure where to ask this.
Does anyone know of a repaint for the Cherokee 180 in the colors of the Royal Victorian Aero club from the early '60's? If memory serves me I think the call sign of the 180 I used to fly quite a lot was VH-RVV or VH-RVA. Not sure.
I flew out of Morrabin back when it was a cow pasture. Of the light aircraft I have flown, I enjoyed the 180 above all of them. Flew it over most of Victoria and NSW around '65 - '68.
If you know of a repaint, can you please send me a link or copy.
Much appreciated,
Mike C.

Is this the one? Sorry, I’m not ableto repaint aircraft but if this is the one, I’m certain one of the talented painters in the community would be willing to talk with you about the project.
Also VH-RVA found here:

VH RVV is the one. The other is a 140 (RVA - which I also flew).
I flew the 180 over most of Victoria and parts of NSW back in the 60's. Great little plane!! Can't believe it's 60 years ago!!
Thanks for that.

Re: Royal Victorian Aero Club
Hey Mike, Happy To have found the correct aircraft and scheme for you. Hopefully someone will pick that request up for you. If you’ve found the A2A discord channel you might also post your request over there, as well!

Re: Royal Victorian Aero Club
Hi Mike, the only other thing I might suggest is posting your request in the Cherokee forum, along with links to pictures of the aircraft in the livery you wish. The more pictures, the better. I would also suggest putting up a post on the Discord channel A2A has set up. The interface there is a snap when it comes to posting an image and the more exposure you get for your request, the more likely one of the painters in the community might pick up the project!

Will do.
I'm actually trying to learn how to do these repaints. Does not look that difficult.
Thx
