How can I make this curve?

I have done everything to get this curve very nicely, but I cannot find any way to do it. If somebody has any idea on how to do this let me know.

It would help to know what software you are using to attempt to make the curve. In Photoshop, it is a combination of the 'PEN TOOL' and layers. In GIMP it is called the 'PATHS' tool and again requires the use of layers. Check YouTube for the software you are using for a tutorial on the tool. It is not a 10 minute course. But then again, once you learn it, you can do all kind of crazy shapes.
