Prop missing

Post by severniae »

Hi guys,
Just got the 51 for P3DV4 and I have a problem with the property. In the cockpit once started I can only see the top half of the circle, the bottom is missing!

Anyone know the cause? I am using a paint I found in the forum.

Best,
James

Edit, as a test I loaded up P3dV4 without using my oculus rift, and it looks like I see the full disc... It works fine in FSX & P3dV3 so wondering why it doesn't in v4? Does anyone else have this issue?

Edit 2 - just one more - as I move my head up and down, it seems that more/less of the prop becomes visible... some sort of invisible object?

Hello,

are you using native P3D VR or flyinside? Flyinside is great but in P3Dv4 does have some bugs similar to what you have mentioned.

thanks,

It's flyinside. It does have a afew bugs but I've never seen this one before - I'll raise it on their forums too. Though their development is slowing down :(

Does anyone else use flyinside and see the same behavour?

I tried native VR and it has some bugs of its own (strange effect on when the prop is spinning slowly..)

Also the FPS and stutter performance is worse in the native VR in P3d (for now)
