Military P-51 crashes P3D4 when switching to other aircraft

Not that I'll be switching between aircraft once I'm up and flying, but thought this was a little odd. I can switch between all of my other A2A aircraft (Texan, Connie, Comanche, Skylane, Spitfire, and Cherokee) with no problems, and can choose the Military P-51 (Pro), but if I try to switch from the Mustang to any other aircraft, including default, the screen goes black, then P3D crashes to the desktop. Sometimes happens when switching between Mustang liveries, but not every time. Happens in both VC and exterior view. I'm using the default P3D4.3 flight (F-22 at Eglin) in Windows 10 Pro, i5 7600K, GTX 1060 6GB, 16GB DDR4. All aircraft are installed in the usual directory, didn't change anything. I ran the installer as Administrator (with Webroot disabled), and always run P3D as Administrator as well. It happens with or without Active Sky running, and with or without Webroot running. Any ideas?

I've always had that with FSX boxed and Steam, for what it's worth. I just exit and reload the flight when I want to switch aircraft.

P3D V4.3 also crashes when the P-51D crashes (when re-loading).

Update did not fix issue.
Just purchased the P-51 for Prepar3d V4.3. It continues to crash when I change from the P-51 to another aircraft. I checked for updates and it reports that my version is current.

Update did not fix issue.

They haven't updated it yet. Lewis only said it was fixed for the first update. They likely want to bundle fixes before releasing.

I’d love it if that update could be expedited even if it only has this specific fix. The crashing is a big deal depending on how you use the sim.

Also exiting P3D V4.3 after having flown the A2A P-51D lets numerous apps, like Active Sky and Ultimate Trafic Live hang afterwards.
