Thanks for the PM. Just to confirm we've reviewed the info in the store and this indicates you've purchased the military version of the P-51 with the included Accu-Sim pack.

Your downloaded package contains two zip files as shown.



You'll need to extract both of these zip files (right click → "Extract All...") and then run the installer in the top one "wop3_p51.zip" first. Once you've installed the main P-51 base package, you can run the second smaller installer in the "wop3_p51_accusim.zip" file.
