Mixture lever positon at take-off?

Should the mixture at take off be in the run position as recommended in the civilian A2A manual page 80 or in the rich position as recommended by Kermie in his video of the cockpit tour (At 19min 50 sec)?

The Merlin used several throttle units during it's production run. Some units used the auto-rich and auto lean settings and the later units used the run setting which is a totally automatic throttle unit.
The A2A Mustangs have the later throttle units installed so you will note the RUN setting on our units.
For takeoff in the A2A Mustang you should be in the RUN position. Kermit's 51 I believe has the older unit installed. For takeoff he would be in AUTO-RICH.
