"Katydid"

Post by Royale_Adio »

Here's one I had set my sights on for a while.

Today I present you "Katydid" flown by the King of Strafers himself, Lt. Col. Elwyn Righetti.

She's a beauty!

Also a BIG thanks to Manor as he was the first to discover the way to align the checkers on the nose section. He, of course, used the UV Map to help him.

I realised I rushed the paint after discovering some errors.

First, the elevator and tail were fabric which made the tail appear completely matte;
Second, the tail numbers on the right side are inverted, they should not be.

I aslo added some more paint chipping to the checkers, as it was not to my liking.
