Charged for Accu-Feel but don't receive access to it?

Hi, I just tried purchasing Accu-Feel for P3Dv5 from the A2A website, I thought I was logged so I used Paypal to purchase it. The transaction did go through and my card was charged but I don't have access to it in the downloads section of my account and it's not even showing up that I ordered it. I didn't realize until after I was charged that I was somehow not logged into the website even though I swear I logged in. So some kind of glitch happened I think that allowed me to buy it without being logged in but now I don't have the content. Please I need access to the software I just purchased or at least a refund so I can try to purchase it again.

Never mind I just figured it out. Thanks for the help.

Replied to your PM, you may have skipped through the purchase checkout process but you will have been logged in during the purchasing part and also given the download during checkout. No worries if you skipped it all though, if you can DM me your email you use ill be able to track your account down so you can reset your password as needed.
