Accu-Feel for P3D v4 and Breakdancing Aircraft

Post by WalrusJ »

I saw a thread with a user having the same issue I have, but thought I should start a new thread rather than attach to his.

I just purchased the Accu-Feel for P3D v4 and installed it without any issues using admin privileges. Now, my aircraft do a breakdance routine whenever I do things like fuel/aircraft weight changes, start engines, etc. I have tested it with two aircraft, the Aerosoft PBY-5 Catalina and the A2A Piper Comanche. Both end the with same result. Through the other thread I saw that a tech(?) asked a test be done without SPAD.NEXT running. Issue remains whether that software is running or not.

Disabling Accu-Feel globally and the aircraft return to regular flying capabilities without "busting a move"

Hello WalrusJ - welcome to the forums and sorry for the slight delay in responding.

In your case, the reason for the gyrating aircraft is because you're still using v4.0 of Prepar3D. v4.1 included a bug fix by Lockheed Martin which involved a change in angular units. This unfortunately means that the software will only work as intended with v4.1 of the simulator or later.

We'll add a note to the store page to clarify this. In the meantime, are you able to update to a more recent version in the not-too-distant future?

Thanks,
Nick
