Just wondering if the wind and turbulence effects of Accu-Feel and Active Sky compound each other?
Should I pick one and disable similar effects of the other or will they play happily together?

Avoid the lee side of slopes when there's much wind blowing. Here there be turbulence. Now, do they model rotors? One person says he might have encountered one.
