Maybe this is just how I look at this image, but the 150 where it is placed in this gauge seems associated with the white mark by my red arrow I added, but is that not the 140 mark? Should the 150 not be in front of the next line down? I only started looking at this because I was working on using correct Max Gear and flaps speeds which are 160 and 140 I believe so this placement seem critical for reference or I'm I missing something?

Yes, the location isn't too precise - more like 140 - and it should be corrected but I think it kinda follows the way the "200" is positioned - it's oriented on the middle digit.
