Hi.
I dont have the P3DV4 so cannot say if its there or not , but are you saying the pump handle will not move from normal hydraulic position over to the emergency position , or are you saying there is only one lever on the normal position , but none on the emergency position .
I have mine set up in the configurator to one switch on one of my CH throttle quads , move it up operates the pump handle , move it down moves the pump handle from the normal to the emergency pump base , if i operate the switch again it moves it back to normal position on a toggle basis.
