The 2D values can be selected from 100% to 200% max with four or five percentages between.

Hello,
I am not sure of the actual question being asked, but the 4k is for the scaling should you want the panels bigger for the 4k displays. If you dont use a 4k display its not needed.

Scaling of the 2D panels. I guess these are the pilot's notes which come up with Shift-2, 3 etc. for startup etc.
I don't have 4K, so this isn't relevant on my system.
I'm still in the dark about 'Mirror'. How to decide about enabling it? And why 'Mirror'?
