P-40 pilots needed to defend Pearl Habor!
Posted: 03 Dec 2018, 14:02
Next Sunday's Multiplayer flight will be a re-enactment of the air battle over Oahu on the morning of December 7th, 1941. The Red Force will attempt to execute a sneak attach on Pearl Harbor. We will take off from Wheeler Army Air Corps base (PHHI) and attempt to repel the invaders!
General details on the event will be posted at https://a2asimulations.com/forum/viewto ... 79&t=66746.
You'll need to learn how to use the JoinFS server to fly in a multiplayer environment. You'll need to learn how to use Discord to communicate with your squadron mates. Here is the general procedure: https://a2asimulations.com/forum/viewto ... 79&t=63659. Hey, trust me on this - if you can takeoff and land in a P-40 without bending the airplane, you can figure out this multiplayer stuff!
HE11DUDE is in overall charge of the event, plus he's the commander of the Japanese attackers (Red Force). I have been given command of the US Army Air Corps P-40s (Blue Force). Instead of Vals, Kates, and Zekes, the Red Force will be flying T-6s, which will be slower than your P-40s, but they may be more maneuverable. I hope to see some of you there!
