You recently transferred my downloads from your old website to your new for the Boeing 377 (Order No. 76887).

I installed the file (COTS_FULL377_FSX.zip) from the new website (in FSX) and I am missing most of the sound files for the 377 (they may be other files missing also). Please arrange for any missing file/files to be added to my downloads on your new website.

For your reference, the two files available on your old website are cots.zip and wos_b377.zip. My concern is losing these files on my PC and, when the old website is finally shutdown, having incomplete files on the new website to reinstall the product.

There is a zip file on the new store under my account, but when unzipped only contains one file: the file with the aircraft sounds is missing.

Negative on that one, Lewis. I am not on the old store (but my account details are still there). I do have an account on the new store and have purchased recently (Spitfire for P3D v4).

It would appear that the migration of my previous orders (namely the 377) has not been entirely successful (download available but sound files missing when installed).

I just looked at the downloads in the new store for the first time:

For the B377 I have only a single file to download: COTS_FULL377_FSX.zip
The zip contains a single file: wos_b377_v2_full.EXE

The old store has two files to download:
1. wos_b377.zip (contains wos_b377.EXE, not available from the new store)
2. cots.zip (which contains "wos_b377_v2_full.EXE", checksum is identical to the one from the new shop)

If I remember correctly I had to install wos_b377.EXE, followed by wos_b377_v2_full.EXE, then using the current A2A_Update_*.EXE.

Guys, ill have to reset your orders, somethings a miss with your orders. Can you please let me know your order numbers.

If anyone needs to do the same and sees this thread: The new store has new order numbers, even for old orders, and you will need to send the new order numbers.
