Hello, I purchased Boeing 377 and after payment, I found two links in the store, but only one works and I only downloaded cots_b377v2_full and when I click on the other one just pick me up one download and download the same previously. So when I install it then I do not have engine sounds. I understand here on the forum that I will still need a package wos_b377, but is it downloadable where? Please help ... I would like to finally start flying ... And I will also ask for the reset of the download counter for B377 because I tried to download the second link by using 6 numbers ... thanks in advance

looks like a little double up, so no worries there all sorted. For the sound, can you please give us more details about the issue you are having, for example are you sound sliders up in the sim settings?

All sliders set to max 100% only rattle sounds, switch buttons sound, crew sounds, but no engines. Outside same. In my sound folder only two files - b377 gear and sound.cfg. OÅ„ another topics in this forum, they say I nedd two files of b377.exe to install. First wos b377 and then cots b377, but I have only one file B377 v2 full.exe.

No you only need the single full setup, older customers from 2008 might need two, but we have changed systems so its all through one now. Have you run the latest Accu-sim updater?

3x fres install of Windows and fsx
6x unninstall and new install of 377
2x ulatest update (1x delete update folder and new try)

Hello,

please do not install and uninstall its one of the worse things you can do and will make it only more frustrating for you and harder for us to try to troubleshoot as the issue can/will be deleted and change.

Can you please let us know where you are up too right now, for example after uninstalling and using the updater you would have to delete the update folder or any install after this will be invalid. The update folder is here; \FSX\A2A\B377\Update

This will want deleting and then a re-run of the updater.

Tried everything. Delete update folder, then update and again… now I solved it… well… with simple solution… friend of mine download b337(with 4 exe files) from dark corners of internet, installed, send my sound folder and BINGO. Sound are there… Ok it is not real nut, but it works and i finally fly…
