Advice on installing the 377 COTS to FSX:SE

Post by Jacques »

Hi Experts,

I purchased the 377 from Simmarket in 2011 when it was still just an accusim aircraft and then upgraded to the COTS. So I have quite the collection of folders that include the base package, accusim, accusim-SP1, COTS 1.1 update and finally a COTS V2 full file.

Do I really need to install all these, or do I install the base pack followed by the COTS v2, followed by the latest update?

Thanks!

If I follow you correctly which I may not, if you have a full fat COTS file then that will include everything. If however you just upgrade you will need to first install the B377 and Accu-sim pack.

thanks,

Thanks Lewis! I installed the base, the COTS v2 and then ran the update and...it seems okay! I'm pretty happy with FSX:SE so far. It has been a fairly easy migration- day three and almost all the small fires have been extinguished!
