Re Download Possible???

Hello;

I recently switched to a new computer not only because it was time but also because my old computers hard drive had became corrupted. Anyway, I'm now looking to reinstall your Boeing 377 with Accusim but to my horror I forgot to back it up before my old computer crashed. Even if I had the download, I also cannot locate the required Order / Registration Number to install it.

Is there any possibility of getting a new download link and retrieve the information I need to install /activate it?

I'm more than willing to provide you with my name or any other information that might help you locate my purchase in your database...please help!

if you purchased from the A2A Store you can simply log into your store account to view and download your orders. Your user name for the store will be the email address used at the time of account sign up.

Problem is when I purchased the Straotocruiser and P-40, you logged into the store using a User ID not an email address. I've tried using the email address I was using at the time and it shows all 6 of my purchases but NOT the P-40 or 377.

Any ideas???

did you purchase from the A2A Store? If not you will need to go to your store of purchase.

The user name for the A2A Store has always been an email address.
