B377 COTS RMI needle offset.

Post by thunderstreak »

Forgive me if this has already been discussed and I have missed it somehow.
I have recently been flying the B377 again and really enjoying it. It has taken a little while to get back up to speed on using all of the features.

One item I can't seem to figure out is the RMI.
Both needles always seem to point 5 degrees or so to the left of the beacon.
VOR's and ADF's are affected.

I do use the "D" key to reset the heading indicator.

Any suggestions?

Almost same problem here, pilot needle points aprox 5 degrees left and copilot 5 degrees right. Any idea on what the problem is and how to fix it???

Thanks in advance.

I have noticed the same issue. One other issue I have noticed since the latest update is that the Guppy altimeter displays the wrong altitude on the dial out by a few thousand feet. When I hover the mouse cursor over the altimeter it will show the correct altitude. The passenger model works fine. I loaded the previous update and it corrected the problem but when the latest update is added the problem shows up again.

I have the same issue also. I also noticed since the latest update that the altimeter in the Guppy is out by a couple thousand feet on the dial. If I hover the mouse over the altimeter it does show the correct altitude in the popup tip. Going back to the previous update corrected the problem then installing the latest update the issue is back. I do not have this issue with the passenger model.

How do you know that the needles are 5 degrees off?
