Help with deactivating downloads

Hi guys. My first 2 orders with a2a show no available downloads. I'm quite sure I haven't used all five. I've emailed support twice but no reply. Can anyone point me in the right direction of how to proceed?

Hey Jason welcome to the forums. Can I just enquire as to which email address you used to mail?

All support is via our forums here and you should have gotten an auto response if using the old support@a2asim,... Etc. Email address.
