Joystick problem

I bought the 377 yesterday and today went on to try it out, sadly my Logitech 3d pro joystick is not controlling some mechanisms such as rudder, elevators, and ailerons. The joystick is working on default fsx planes and on the b377 all it can do is let me look around and switch views. Please help me out.

have you released the control lock? the long red lever on the right side of the panel?

That confused me a lot in the beginning too - this is a very, very complex simulation of a very complex aircraft, you really have to read the manual to fully enjoy the Stratocruiser. Once you know her, she's a joy to fly!
