Download link

Post by AviationFan »

Hi, bought B377 and Pilot bundle today, I started to download the plane, but the download was interrupted and I can get it to work again. So I went to this site, login again and the download lind was expired, (remaining 0 downloads!!!).

I didn`t received any email for that purchase, so no lind provided by email!!

I do I do?

Hello,

I believe I have found you on the store and activated the downloads for you. Just in case though please can you give me your order number or email used on the store (best to PM me that one) and ill make sure your downloads are activated for you on the store

You should have received emails when you signed up to the store etc so its worth when you log onto the store checking your email address is correct (regular occurrence is people rushing and typing the email address incorrectly) and also check your SPAM/JUNK filter for the auto generation emails from the store.

thanks

Thanks Lewis, the download link is actviated now and I have started download.

I found reading this forum that the dowload link becomes corrupted when it is used a download accelerator, and I was using Internet Download Accelerator.

I suggest you put in a very big letter on the download page NOT TO USE DOWNLOAD ACCELERATORS!!!!

I guess it is a perfect way to avoid this kind of problem.

Thanks again, I will visit this forum very much, as I am eager to know how to fly this beast!!!

Cheers

Hello Ken,

all active for you on the store. Some download accelerator software can break the links and corrupt the download so we don't recommend the use of them, many users use them OK however.

thanks,
Lewis

Hi Lewis,
Many thanks for doing this, i have so much trouble with FSX since last year have installed it twice and all the addons software so many times, i have followed FSX genius add vice and put FSX now onto its own harddrive and it seems to work great, although when i download some A2A aircraft it will not load the directX properly, it says directx, log missing etc, could that be due to FSX being on its own drive, do could you point me in the right direction,
kind regards
Ken

Hello Ken,

Direct X isn't a part of FSX, its a graphics part of windows. If the installer included doesn't work you can grab the latest version (in our case the latest version 9 is needed) direct from Microsoft here;

Thanks,
