Friday, March 17 - Misfit Squadron Tour of France - Third Leg

The third leg of our tour of France takes us from the Cote d'Azur up into the mountains of the Massif Central. We pass Cannes, St Tropez, and Marseilles on our way to Avignon and its eponymous bridge. Then we fly southwest to the Mediterranean at Montpellier, follow the coast to Beziers, then turn north into the mountains to land at Coltines, a town at the heart of the Planèze de Saint-Flour, a high plateau formed by lava flows from the ancient Cantal volcano.
