The A2A Simulations Community

I recently did a complete fresh install of the A2A Spitfire into FSX, I have SP2/Acceleration and everything else (accusim and latest update etc) installed.

When I load up the Spitfire, I have no sounds from inside the cockpit (no engine sounds, no switch sounds) and the prop isn't spinning. I have engine sound from the exterior view and all other commands work however the prop still isn't spinning. Everything else works as normal.

Also, the maintenance hangar will not allow me to click anything

I have several other A2A aircraft and they all work fine with no issues, just the Spitfire is causing me problems.

Hopefully there is a solution to this as it is a great aircraft to fly

Hello,

when you did the reinstall you'll need to manually delete the update folder or the Spitfire wont update correctly.

the folder to delete is here in the root FSX folder;
\FSX\A2A\Spitfire\Update

You can delete that folder and re-run the latest updater;
viewtopic.php?f=23&t=57819
