Hi
I had the aircraft installed and working, today when I went to load them I cannot find them.
I purchased through Orbix and have verified the files and also tried uninstalling and re-installing to no avail.
Any thoughts?

Re: Lost aircraft in P3D v5
Hello,
Please can you let us know which installation path you used when installing, and whether you checked to see if the files were still present in this folder? Also, could you confirm if the Accu-Sim Spitfire the only A2A product that you have installed?
Thanks,
Nick

Re: Lost aircraft in P3D v5
Thanks Jeff,
I'm afraid I'm not home at present to be able to check out what files Orbx Central backs up, but these look to be zipped backup rather than the installed files which should be in standard (non-zipped) folders.
Have you checked the files and folders in the installation path as it's actually shown in Orbx Central? (e.g. as shown on the screen a bit like this one)
Cheers,
Nick

Re: Lost aircraft in P3D v5
Hi Nick
Checked the path and I can see the files in Orbix lib I'm not sure how P3D v5 reads the files across so not sure if all the files are correct and if p3d need a file in the main program.
Stumped as to why they just disappeared

Re: Lost aircraft in P3D v5
Thanks Jeff,
Did you make any changes to your sim at around the time the Spit stopped showing? For example installing other add-ons or utilities?
In any case, one thing you could try is the "sync simulator" option in Orbx Central' under "settings" and then "help". This should repair the add-ons.cfg file if needed.
Cheers,
Nick

Nick
Many thanks, that's sorted things out.
