Hi , can I request a refund please ,I'm really sorry I only purchased it last night and it's nothing to do with the aircraft it's very nice .unfortunately my system is not the best and wont run it I'm just about running p3d and got a little over enthusiastic and purchased ,really sorry

It is very unfortunate to hear that you have reached to this decision. As a hint on the Spitfire, you can try disabling the back mirror reflection in the cabin since it is resource consuming.
However if you want to continue with your decision to cancel purchase, fire one PM to Lewis - A2A he will assist you further.
