Hi Lewis, Scott or whoever reads this
in the Mark II version of the Spit, when I (accidentally) touch the button for the manual landing gear pump lever (set up via the input configurator), the sound of the pump of the Mk I airplane starts to play.
It first spooled me up completely as I didn't know what it was, I landed, shut the airplane down but this squealing sound continued to play... I then tried to figure out if I pressed anything accidentally and came to the "trigger" button of my joystick that is set to this hand pump... So no problem with my spit and I can continue to fly... but an issue for you to solve please
thanks for this amazing aircraft <3
(*silently waiting for the P-51*)
Cheers,
Marc

It's the same in the FSX version. Stumbled across last time I flew it.

Re: Hand pump sound in the Cockpit of the Mark II
Thank god for this post!
Had an issue with my FSUIPC controls going haywire and about the same time I would get this pump noise occurring when I started a flight in the MkII. It would go if I switched to another aircraft and then jumped back. Looks like somewhere in my setup FSUIPC has crosswired something to the Mk1 handpump!

Hey guys,
Sorry for the late reply to this one. Will get Scott to look into this one for a future update once the dust has settled a bit with some of the 'behind the scenes' projects he's currently working on.
Thanks,
Nick

Is this still on the roadmap? Bought the Spitfire during the sale for P3D and noticed this on my MkIIb flight today, after klicking the button on my stick, which is assigned for the hand pump in the MkI.
