WoP Spitfire MkI/II installation under P3D V4

Post by xaguilar »

I've tried to install the Spitfires under Prepar3D V4, and Accu feel. It seems to almost work , but no cabin sounds and impossible to repair the aircraft in hangar. The engine doesn't start too, even with Ctrl+E

Please can you help me ? I guess there would be a miss in the configuration but don't know what is it.

Thank you.

Hello,

The current Spitfire and Accu-feel are both FSX software and not supported on the P3D platform. For P3Dv4 you also have the 64bit element which will cause them to not work and any working element means the flight model and simulation won't be correct and overall can cause sim instability resulting in a full platform reinstall being needed.

thanks,
Lewis

Well the new store is now live, just need it to settle and get as many people over as I can (though all downloads still accessible on old store) and then we can release.

thanks,

Look for this topic. http://a2asimulations.com/forum/viewtop ... 23&t=60841

I was able to get mine working satisfactorily in P3D v4. (Read entire thread, my solution is next to last post). Cannot say that everything is working as it should, only because I have not immersed myself into the Spit as much as I would like, but I’m not disappointed with the results. (Your results may vary)
