I have installed the Spitfire tonight with accusim and the updates. Unfortunately the gauges do not show they are just Black Circles any advice please?

I take it your FSX is updated with SP1&2 or Acceleration

Yes it is, the Cherokee and Cessna are fine though.

Ok have you restarted your pc after the install
If so I would try a reinstall of the Aircraft and Accuim (Don't for get if using WIN7 64 bit right click on the exe and run as Administrator) and run the DirectX 9C installer then restart go into FSX and open to the Spitfire.
Close down then install the update and restart.
