[Solved] no accusim menus or sound

Hi gents i just purchased the spit today and have yet to fly it as i have some issues.It all installed fine and aircraft loads up without a problem,however i have no sound and cannot access any of the accusim menus.the menu borders will appear very briefly but are all black screens.any ideas?? i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the package but to no avail.
please help

correct...3 previous a2a aircraft i purchased with accusim all work fine.why wont my spitfire?

The Accusim is in a constant progress, so I would not look at our previous products.

Did you let the DirectX component, that comes with the Spitfire, to install?

Windows 7.... Vista..XP.


If windows 7 you MUST right click and use "run as administrator" or you are going to have wierdness (ask me how I know!! )


Someone with a technical clue (and THAT aint me) will get to your query soon, but try dlete and reinstall that way first off. edit [ see, Rob even got to you whilst I was posting!!! That's service]

i am running vista....and yes the direct x component of the install was ok

i never had sp2 installed....works a treat now lol what an idiot
