[Solved] Missing line in "Controls" Menue

Hi Scott,

first flight in switzerland using Mk I including accusim pack. In your "Pilot´s handbook page 90 accusim users should have additionally following options:

-Damage Modeling enable/disable -> OK
-Headphones -> OK
-Volume adjust of accusim sounds -> OK

Beside this information is a picture of this menue seeing a line of "Throttle Gate". In my controls menue i am missing that option.

Using Win7 64, FSX SP2

The throttle gate is only accessible on the Spitfire MKII. The MKIa did not have it.
