200+mph tonk

Post by rod55 »

Hi Pilots
just been for very satisfying escape to the skies and a 200+mph tonk in IIA Cardiff to Newquay EGHQ, Cornwall. Had the gun sight ON which helped me keep better level altitude than my usual yo-yo. Grand, classic and awesome. Nice smooth landing, let it land itself around 70 mph and less.

Fabulous end to morning; now to nosh at the Newquay café; toast 'n butter, prawn cocktail. Bit too early for a beer! Roaring eastwards later on.

15th Sept 2020 will be 80th anniversary of Battle of Britain. Enjoy your Xmas week everyone, watch the roads and stupid manic car drivers!
