Hi all,
I love the Spit. I also love Invasion Stripes! =)
Could someone please do a repaint of a MkII (preferably MkIIb) with Invasion Stripes?
Now I know these aren't MkII, but newer versions, but could someone do me the favour?
I'd prefer a version with the green/grey camo, if possible. (=> exactly like the first one)
Thanks in advance,
Stefan

If you could somehow transfer the repaints onto the A2A Spitfire i would gladly give you this:

I don't know nothing about painting skins, so maybe someone could comment on this?
Though I don't know if copy/paste is an option with the complex paintkits anymore...
Thanks anyway, maybe someone skilled can use your files to create a repaint for me =)
Cheers, Stefan

It'd be great if you could try to do this when you've got time!
Thanks, Stefan

Might be worth waiting for Spitfire V as some of these would of had the invasion stripes I would think. If you want something different though Dieppe raid also had its own 'invasion' stripes of the time which make for some interesting 'forgotten' paint schemes.

You mean these:Lewis - A2A wrote:Might be worth waiting for Spitfire V as some of these would of had the invasion stripes I would think. If you want something different though Dieppe raid also had its own 'invasion' stripes of the time which make for some interesting 'forgotten' paint schemes.
Are you suggesting the MkV will be released in the not so far future?
Otherwise, maybe someone could just "slap some invasion stripes" on an already finished grey/green MkII livery, if that's possible.
Thanks, Stefan
