After update I am missing hours on Float, tundra, and standard models, any help?

Sorry to hear that.
When testing different versions of the updates, there were some sporadic reports of engine hours being lost, but these seemed to be related to testers who were also using the Cub in FSX. Is this the case with you?

Sorry about that.
I believe the issue is that the format of the log files changed to add the persistent auto cold and dark switch. When the file format changes the sim resets the hours for the aircraft.
There may be other things going on as well.
