Need to redownload my files. How??

I need to redownload the Cub and Accusim files since I had to reformat my computer for Win7.

How do I go about doing this? I tried to contact the store, but haven't heard back yet.

My order # is: 52380

Thanks! I didn't get an email notice or anything, sorry. I just logged into the store and it's downloading now. Thanks again, keep up the great work.

I have solved the re-download problems by purchasing an external hard drive and have it set to copy my entire computer hard drive once a week. I got a 1 tera byte Seagate for $139 US. Now if I have a computer crash or want to re-download or restore any item I just copy it from the external back to my PC.
