LOST Account?!

Hello. about a year ago, or perhaps two, I bought a license for two of your Piper Cubs, including the AccuFeel Pack and the Cessna 172. All worked fine until I had to reinstall the computer recently. I'm going to your site that has changed completely and tries to see me with my email and it tells me that the account does not exist !! Despite the fact that I had just about half a year ago sent a password reset to the same email and I still have this change in my email. But now the only thing to do is to create a new account for the same email and even though I did, my aircraft are gone !!! HELP!!!!!
