OK, I did purchase the Cub. Being a long time floatplane driver, I naturally tried it out first. This is the FIRST sim in FSAnything I have ever flown that has actually felt like a seaplane. I'm blown away by this airplane.
Now, my question. I noticed that to hand start the aircraft (as well as numerous other features), you need to have Accu-Sim for the J3. I do have the 172, 182 and 180. As I understand it, they all have Accu-Sim built in, but I take it Accu-Sim is aircraft specific in all cases (as opposed to Accu-Feel, which I also have, and which is sim-wide)? As such (assuming I'm correct), to have it enabled for the J3, I would need to purchase that separately for that airplane. Is that correct? I'm asking just in case it's not something that you want/need to install if you have other products that use Accu-Sim; and installing this may conflict with what I already have installed. I'm just not sure how the system works overall. I'm quite happy to get it as long as it's not going to interfere with other A2A machines already installed.
Many thanks again!
Glenn

Re: Accu-Sim/J3 Question
Aeah, for the older A2A planes the accu-sim is an add-on to the plane so you need to buy it seperately.
If you have purchased it recently, you could PM Lewis, maybe you can get the dicsount, like you can get if you buy the bundle.

Hello,
yes the Accu-sim pack is separate for the cub. Fire me a PM either before or after you purchase the Accu-sim package for the cub.
thanks,
Lewis - A2A

Re: Accu-Sim/J3 Question
Thanks Gents. Got it just now .
Lewis - I recall a post in the Cherokee forum where someone said to let them know what the price of the GTN integration would be for that aircraft. Your reply was that you weren't going to nickel and dime customers so the price would be $0. Well, turnabout is fair play . I don't mind paying the full price for the Accu-Sim addon for the J3. Certainly it, and your aircraft, are worth every penny. Thanks very much for your generosity in all this.
