Well maybe I misphrased it. Praise needs to go to three entities here. First to the one who painted the real world plane because that paint is just so beautiful. Second to the one who dug up that great paint. I've not seen a real photo of it so it's kind of a rarity. And third the master painter who made it happen. :D

It's truely a masterpiece of a paint job ...

By the way, that Ultima Thule Lodge is rather exclusive isn't it? I did a bit of reading about it yesterday and boy, their prices are not for the faint of heart. :mrgreen:

Haven't checked but I can imagine they are. After all, it's a place that can only be reached by air. Shuttling is expensive and building it probably was as well.

The expense, like most things up here, is up there a bit.
But,for $19.95 plus shipping & handling...bwaaahaaa!

An updated version of my Thule paint with mud spatters and scratches on the windows, muddy footprints and knuckletracks around the doorhandle is now available over at Aussiex.org:
