You want fun?

Post by CBris »

Then go "Dead Stick" and see if you can make that airfield - wherever it is...

Glide ratio = dead turtle, especially if you have any headwind :D

Been doing some bush stuff over Pap NG and having a whale of a time... Get the paint kit out please, pretty please, uncle...

Shouldn't be that difficult, it's "only" white paint lines with Gaussian blur. The spec blue is slightly darker and has more intensity so that you get the metallic effect. The biggest "no" for this paint is the Cub model - this one has a three-blade prop and a wraparound nose.

Now if A2a come up with a "mod pack"...

I was kind of wondering about the "Piper Logo" also.
It looks like it is modeled? Which may pose a problem for them to make it go away.

Those paints linked to above are all on Super Cub's not the J-3 A2A modelled. The Super Cub is a totally different aircraft with a larger engine and a fuel tank in the wing(s) instead of in the nose amongst many other changes. The easiest way to tell them apart is to look at the nose, if the engine cylinders are exposed it's a J-3 (or possibly the L-4 military version), if the engine is enclosed under a full cowling it's probably a Super Cub.
